| WORKING NATURE |
|
Tenth day from the date of receiving the Production Kit, the first package will be forwarded with Fit Approval, Lab dips, Printing strike off Embroidery strike off, Accessories and others if any. |
|
|
Twelth Days from the Date of first Package Approvals, the Pre-Production sample will be sent. |
|
|
The Production will commence once we recv. The Pre-Production sample approval. |
|
|
Prod-Sample will be sent in Medium size of all colours, before 25 days of the delivery date |

| INITIAL INSPECTION |
|
We prefer to give more and more importance to this part of our Inspection. |
|
|
We will check the content of the yarn. |
|
|
We use azo free Dyes. |
|
|
We check the bulk dyed fabric for its Weight whether the fabric Weight is as per Contract. |
|
|
We check the fabric for Colour fastness, Shrinkage, Torqueing Wet and dry crocking. |
|
|
Check the Style, Measurement, Accessories and others if any by stitching 25 pcs in each Style, Colour, and Print. |

| ONLINE INSPECTION |
|
The Bulk Stitching Production will proceed as per the comments of Initial Inspection. |

| FINALINSPECTION |
|
We follow AQL 4 Check the Assortment, shipping mark packing method, which are applicable to the purchase Order. |

| DOCUMENTATION |
|
A Separate does department will inspect this and we will follow up till the Merchandise reaches perfectly at its destination. |
